I'm not 100% sure i hav diabetes but I have all the symptoms and my dad and grandfather had/has it. Okay so one of the symptoms are increased hunger and I've been getting a LOT of that. I'm trying to not eat a lot but everytime I'm hungry I can't help it. I'm trying to make healthier choices and the main goal for me is to slim down on my upper body (like my stomach areaish lol) any tips?
