I was on my knee's for awhile helping my girlfriend doing some rose bed work. My knee was hurting some when I got up, I went to bed that night and felt fine. When I woke up the next morning my skin feels numb down my right leg below the knee and the top of my right foot. There is no pain but I'm figuring I probably pinched a nerve? Any help would be great, thank's.
