I am in so much pain…I think I am going to lose my mind….I went to the doctor today and they diagnosed with my with fibromyalgia…..I had 16 positive out of 18 trigger points….I am in constant pain and I was just wondering if someone else has it, what do you do, how do you cope with it, and what can you do to limit flares? I have had about 9 major flares in the last year but pain almost daily for the past year……PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!! Also, they gave me a steroid shot and some other meds….HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE THE STEROID SHOT TO WORK???????????????
