Please serious answers only.I havent gone to the doctors yet and I am not sure if its serious enough to go.I am having a small amount of anal bleeding.I have not had anal sex or anything like that and I have not had a bowel movement in at least 3 days.Im not sure what I should do.Please tell me if you have had a problem like this or know what it could be or if its serious or not.My lower back hurts and my sides are a little tender.Serious answers only please.Thank you!
