The main signs and symptoms of Gaucher disease are:

  • Anemia (low red blood cell count)
  • Fatigue(tiredness)
  • Low platelet count, that can lead to easy bruising.
  • Enlarged spleen and liver (hepatosplenomegaly)
  • Easy bleeding that is difficult to stop.
