What can help relieve the pain of fibromyalgia?

I have fibromyalgia and i’m fifteen. I can’t sleep at night and i even took a sleeping pill tonight. i’m always achy and i take 3 Lycras in the morning and 3 at night. I just want ideas that i can try to help me sleep at night or relieve my pain.
