Hey, I'm 16 weeks pregnant and trying to tell if I can feel my baby moving or not. I know a lot of people are saying it feels like bubbles, butterflies. & I do feel gentle sensations in my abdomen where I could mistake it for bubbles only I'm not gassy. But then other times, I feel like a twinge in my stomach, not a cramp. But almost like a pinch, but it goes away immediately. If thats not the baby, what could it be?
