I do work a physical job and am getting older. Not sure if Fibromyalgia, but I have been diagnosed with IBS and have had so-called "growing pains" all my life in my knees (worse when the weather changes). I just take a napoxen or acetaminophen now and then.
I work nights and sleep most of the day.
