My mother is 70 yrs old, has type 2 diabetes and has bad knees, high blood presure. not very physicaly active. She would like to become more active, but walking is not a good option with her bad knees. ???
What would be the best type of exercise equipment for some one with knee problems and type 2 diabetes?
