who comes first ,, diabetis or hypertinsion?

i mean what is the relation ship,,

specificly ,, if someone had hypertinsion ,, would he be afraid from diabetis?? or vice versa?

    Neither of them are related to each other.
    So, you may get one and never the other one and vice-versa…
    But, there's also people that have both and, "for unrelated reasons" or because of inheritance or genes… Meaning: You get diabetes for an specific reason (either genes, or pancreas malfunction, or the body doesn't produce insulin so your glucose goes out of control, etc…) And also they are different types of diabetes.
    Then, you could get hypertension because of stress, because of your diet, because of a sign of another physical malfunction, genes, etc…
