I damaged my Pituitary gland, and the doctor told me it was considered diabetes insipidus. Now I have to take DDAVP nose spray everyday. All that happens is a drink more, and use the bathroom more if I don't take the nosespray. I was wondering since it has to do with the pituitary gland will it affect my growth? Does the medicine correct it, and allow me to continue to grow?
No I don't just drink more, and use the bathroom more. I was saying thats what happens if I don't take the nose spray. What I am asking is if I take the nose spray will the condition affect my growth? Like my height? I'm only 15.
