My daughter has Epilepsy but Doctors dont seem to be doing anything about it. What should I do?

My 13 yr old daughter has been having seizure at school for some time. Her family doctor and pediatrician have not diagnosed her with anything and her neurologist said she wanted to "wait and see". We have been dealing with this for months and not only is she becoming depressed but her grades have fallen and she is missing a lot of school. I'm missing a lot of work too and am at risk of losing my job (I'm a single parent).

Does anyone have suggestions as to alternative treatments to epilepsy and how I can convince one of the many "professionals" that have met with her to take decisive action?

PS. She has a lot of textbook symptoms of Epilepsy but her EEG and other slew of tests came back as normal. I have read however that EEGs arent always reliable in diagnosing Epilepsy. Are there other tests I can suggest?

I am very worried as this is now affecting her mood and how she interacts with other kids.
