I have a 7 month old pup with epilepsy. We live in a condo and during the winter, we used pee pads for her (it has been a particularly bad winter here-very cold) and now it seems like she has to pee all the time due to her drinking tons of water- side effect from meds. Can we still potty train her to go outside? How?
