I am epilepsy patient having 3 oxytol 300, 2 eptoin 100 and 2 topomac100. Still I have attack daily.Pl advice?

I want to get rid of this as I feel lot of fatigue after attacks. If any good doctor can be advised near Mumbai preferably. Some other therapy or alternate treatment.
