I have been having "jerks" or "full body twitches" for about 4 years. and lately they have been getting bad.(Such as having my arm twitch so bad, that my pencil flew across my classroom, or my upper body just having a huge twitch) I recently discovered that my grandfather and my sister have epilepsy. I looked up the symptoms and it seems like what has been happening to me. and about 5 minutes ago, I was walking and I sudden shock went through my foot and made my toes lock up (and unable to move for about 2 seconds) and I fell. It has happened about 3 times today. Is it one of the epilepsy jerks, or is my foot just cramping?
