I was diagnosed with temporal lobe epilepsy when I was 9 years old. I’m 24 now. I remember having seizures before the age of nine, but it wasn’t diagnosed until then. There has never been a reason for my epilepsy. I never had meningitis or a head injury, nor does epilepsy run in my family. My mother was in labor with me for 20 hours. Could this be the cause of my seizures?
