When Keppra was approved to treat epilepsy and seizures, it was not able to be followed in the patients system by a blood level. I believe it was because of how it was metabolized. I was recently told that it was possible to follow a level for Keppra. Don't know if it's a blood level, a urine level, etc. Any help? My 13 yr old has cp (severe) and has been successfully treated (until recently) with Keppra. Thanks!
