does anyone have fibromyalgia, chronic myofasical pain syndrome, or rheumatoid arthritis.?

i am 20 years old and have all three. it is hard to deal with. i am taking 33 pills a week right now. I cant work because of how much i hurt. if you have stories you would like to share or if you have advice for me please answer.
