How Do You Study The Relationship Between Alcohol Abuse And Crime?

This question is for my research methods course in Criminal Justice. I was thinking I could use statistics of people arrested while intoxicated; however, this whole thing has me stumped! I’m thinking I would have to do a test sample, try a group of people under certain conditions with and without alcohol to get the relationship. Help!!!

To answer your query, alcohol abuse and crime is highly related. People who are sober and happy in their life won’t drink to the point where they can’t think clearly. Intoxicated people have blurry vision and conscience that can push them to hurt others. You need to have quality statistics to help you finish your criminal justice research. Visit the local police station for they might be able to give you data that can help you with your research. Will attach several links in the form of articles that could help you.
