Because of health reasons, I HAVE to get rid of 25 lbs. The 25lbs a medication made me put on over Summer.
I have found if I write down what I eat, and the cabbage soup diet are two methods that work for me. I am unable to do alot of exercise because of my fibromyalgia, and other complications.
But I know if I have a compatible diet buddy or two it would be easier for me.
We'll have bad days and good diet days but we will have company doing the diet!
