Should a young woman with epilepsy drive around with her young child?

A young woman I know just moved from SC to ME. In SC her license was restricted somehow but she still has it. Now she is in Maine and has no problem driving without telling her friends she could have seizures. She has had 3 seizures we are sure of since she has been in Maine; about 2 months.
She is taking medication. holy d; you cannot adapt a car to someone that has seizures. She is not aware of when they are coming. Last time she fell to the floor and broke the table on the way down. One time she dropped the child off the couch. The car could go anywhere during a seizure.
We do drive her places of course. She just neglects to inform some of her friends of her seizures so they will let her drive.
