Hello there, I know some of you may think this is a question better suited for the cooking section, but since a lot of you here are vegetarians or vegans, I thought you might be able to help me a bit more.
I’m a fibromyalgia patient trying reeeealllly hard to switch my diet to one that is mostly vegetables. I’m needing a little help though, I’m just not used to that way of thinking that its hard to come up with dishes that center around vegetables.
I like the idea of portabello steaks, and of course a vegetable stew is always nice, but of course, I need more than that.
