Question: I just need some health advise. Like, I’ve never had an acne problem. Never more than a pimple or two on my face, for which I am very glad. And I’m 16! But then I see some guys at school with their face covered in pimples. And most people just fall in between, with enough pimples on their face. What determines how bad your acne is? I know it has to do with hormones and puberty, but do your hormones directly influence the level of acne?
Oh yes I do consider myself lucky, I keep wondering when my luck will run out!
Answer: You get pimples for a lot of reasons. Most of these reasons come from the inside. You are correct, puberty is one of the reasons for pimples. Some people have this because of genetics, because of poor hygiene, or because of their surroundings. So it really depends upon a lot of reason.
What’s best to do to not have pimples is to keep a good hygiene and live in a clean environment. Using a compatible facial wash for your skin is also necessary. Now if you get pimple outbreaks, remember that the cure starts from the inside. You can do simple change in diet or you can improve your hygiene. You can also use a product that targets pimples from the inside so you surely get rid of pimples.
If you have more questions, you can always ask in a nurse.
