When Is The Best Time To Use Sensory Toys For ADHD/ODD And Mosaic Down Syndrome?

My oldest son is 5 and he is already getting into fights in school (kindergarten). He has ADHD (Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder Combined Type), ODD (Oppositional Defiant Disorder), and Impulse Control Disorder– Intermittent Explosive Disorder. He has the most extreme case of Everything!

I would like to know if anyone has used Sensory toys to help with the behavior problems of these disorders and if they have worked for you.

I would also like to know which ones worked for you (your children) and when the best time is to use them.

My youngest son is 2 and we were just told that he has Mosaic Down Syndrome. How could these toys help him? Can anyone explain what M.D.S. is and what it is like when he gets older?

Thank you for your time. AND your help.
