I'm a vegan, eat a balanced diet in several small meals a day, usually meditate on my lunch break, and drink plenty of water and several cups of green tea every day. But by the time 3 p.m. rolls around, I'm dragging. (I work in an office with no windows and usually work until 6.) Any advice for how to get to the finish line? By the time I get home, I'm usually fine. Thanks! – Oh, and I have fibromyalgia.
