My 3 year old st. bernard whome we rescued 3 months ago has had a few seizures. i know epilepsy is common in st. Bernards and our vet told us we will continue to monitor her before putting her on any medication. so far she has had 3 seizures; grand mal with clonic/tonic movements, foaming at the mouth and sometimes she does urinate. i know these are common traits to a seizure but what i want to ask is if anyone has had experience with their own dog with epilepsy and how they have coped with the care and treatment of the dog as well as what the treatment was… thank you so much!
