I am in love with a great guy whose mother abused alcohol and drugs while pregnant with him. Marrying someone with FAS would be choosing a much more difficult life for myself, but could it be worth it? He is very artistic, a great electrician, and very handy. I find him attractive, but he does show some of the disabilities I read about on Wikipedia:
Attention — Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), poor attention or concentration, distractible.
Adaptive behavior — Poor impulse control, poor personal boundaries, poor anger management, stubbornness, intrusive behavior, too friendly with strangers, poor daily living skills, developmental delays
Social communication — Intrude into conversations, inability to read nonverbal or social cues, “chatty” but without substance.

Disrupted school experience
Please do not judge…I am very picky and this man has several qualities I LOVE, I am just curious if any of you have seriously taken a mate with FAS.
