Will Having ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) Help in College Admissions?

I have a 3.22 GPA and a 23 ACT. I also have ADHD. Can I use this at all to help me get into college?
The ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) allows people to get extra time on the ACT, so I was wondering if it could directly affect the admissions process
